Course Enrollment Policies
- Checks are accepted off corporate and personal accounts.
- Credit card payments can be completed over the phone or sent in the attached email. Please contact Doug Larch at 760-793-2108 or Toll Free at 866-944-8519 ext. 700 to process your payment.
- All classes must either be paid for prior to the class or at the time of the class.
- All individual course cancellations will be charged a $50 service fee. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to cancel five (5) working days prior to course delivery
- All Train at Your Site cancellations will be charged a $250 service fee. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to cancel five (5) working days prior to course delivery
- Reservations may be transferred and substitutions may be made at any time without cost penalty.
- Synergy Safety Group reserves the right to cancel the course and return registration fees at their discretion.
- All Online Webinar Classes requires payment prior to the start of the class.
- New Miner Part 46 and Part 48 Surface: $300 per person
- New Miner Part 48 Underground: $400 per person
- Annual Refresher: $100 per person
- Train the Trainer: $600 per person
- Train at Your Site Surface: $800 per day plus mileage, hotel, & per diem
- Train at Your Site Underground: $900 per day plus mileage, hotel, & per diem
- Compliance Assistance: $900 (full day)/$500 (half day) plus mileage, hotel, & per diem
- First Aid: $150 per person
- Surface Certification Refresher: $125 per person
- Surface Certification New Miner: $225 per person
