MSHA Instructor Training
The MSHA Instructor course is a must for Mining Safety Professionals that want to take it to the next level. Our Instructors are among an elite group of Instructors Qualified by MSHA to teach this course. Please choose a date below. We will then contact you by email to answer any questions you may have about the application process. Once complete we will evaluate your skills, experience, and years in the industry to determine if you may qualify for an instructor card.

Please fill out the Instructor Application information below and email it to us along with your Resume.
The 2 or 3 day MSHA Part 48 Instructor Training Course. The amount of students depends on how many days. Participants who successfully complete the Instructor Training Course AND are accepted by MSHA will receive a Qualification to instruct Part 48 courses. Please see the class outline for information regarding course details.
Students applying for MSHA Certification must have completed the following:
1. New Miner Training before applying for the MSHA Part 48 Instructor Certification
2. The student must have a minimum of 2 years working in a mining environment or equivalent
3. The Student must complete the Instructor Application form.

4. A current resume supporting the application information must also be included in the application.
5. The Student must have a MIIN Number (Miner Individual Identification Number) prior to the start of the course.

To register for the class or classes above Click Here for the Course Registration page and fill out the Corporate Application Registration. If more than 1 employee, you may use the same form, just list all of the names.
Courses must have at minimum five participants and maximum twelve participants. If the course drops below the minimum number of participants, the course may be canceled at the discretion of Synergy Safety Group. If canceled, registrants will be notified 10 days prior to the course start date.
